Shipping Policy

A confirmation email with your order details will be sent to you once your order is received. We will begin processing your order as soon as we receive your order. During holiday seasons, there may be some delay in processing your order. In these cases, rest assured that we are working extra long hours to get your orders ready. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your items have been shipped.

Shipping Options

We offer expedited shipping at affordable costs worldwide through our logistics partners, this includes SingPost in Singapore, USPS in the U.S. and RoyalMail in the U.K.

 

Shipping Charges

Expedited Shipping is FREE for all orders both Singapore domestic and international destinations. We may, however, charge additional shipping fees in remote areas such as Hawaii and Iceland. The exact amount will be converted to your local currency at checkout.

  

Delivery Time

We may, occasionally, experience some delays due to an unexpected surge in demand before and during holidays worldwide. In these cases, rest assured that we will work for extra-hours to get your products delivered to you.

 

Customs and Import Duties  

In rare occasions, additional customs or import duties apply outside our normal coverage. If you've been charged by any chance, please contact us at support@quocoa.com and send us a copy of the receipt of the charges via email. We will assess the validity and refund your charges within 3-5 business days.

 

Failed Delivery

In case of failed attempts of delivery, please contact the shipping carrier first as soon as you notice the failure. If the carrier is not able to resolve your case, or is unwilling to redeliver to your address, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will provide further assistance.

 

Shipping Insurance

In the case of missing or accidental damages to your package or your product, we offer worry-free insurance to cover part or all of the damages. To file a replacement request, send us an email with your photo proof at shipping.insurance@quocoa.com.

 

Shipping Insurance - Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your package has substantial defects, let us know and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. The insurance will cover the cost of a new identical product along with its logistics if the item is substantially damanage.

 

Shipping Insurance - Item Lost

In order to ensure the safety and timely arrival of your order, we offer shipping insurance free of charge. If your package got stuck anywhere during the logistics, let us know and we will file an insurance claim on your behalf. The insurance covers the cost of a new identical product along with its logistics if the original package does not arrive within 60 business days. If the insurance claim is successful, we will dispatch a new shipment ASAP.
